We have a 30-day return policy at Sanchez Jewelers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, excluding custom made and ordered pieces, you may return any item within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange.

Once we receive your return, the item will be examined by our jewelry department. We cannot accept items for return which have any signs of wear, alteration, damage or sizing. Returns must be pre-approved by calling (913-648-4381) and properly packaged and insured or they will be refused receipt.  Once we receive your return item and it is accepted a refund or exchange item will be processed in a few days.
